actually ecomexpress should be pilloried here. but, try to get in contact with ecomexpress. impossible!
the only thing they can do is:
- to deliver the stuff broken (several times, always!!!),
- NOT to deliver at all, or
- NOT to accept/take the telephones at there call-center!!!!
amazon doesn't do it much different. and amazon.in even said in tracker and phones, that they, amazon, delivered, not ecomexpress. so as i see it and understand it, amazon.in is the main defendant!
what amazon.in then does with ecomexpress is no longer my problem. the most i can give them is the tip, do not work anymore with ecomexpress!!!!!! and do your job better, poor amazon.in!
i know amazon from very early days for using ECs. digital delivering! this, they could once. even we do not use them anymore since long and do not suggest our clients going in their cloud.
but physical! i never ordered something before from amazon, which they need to deliver it by courier. supporting this gig-worker-business is not good in general.
here in India i started first ordering some things from amazon.in i could not found here out in the rural.
and i know, India is a tough place for doing business. but if you are not able to do it, let it. is better for all!
so, here is my amazon.in and ecomexpress story:
as already said above, my last around 4 orders for food was coming broken to my house.
nevertheless i did not give up hope...

at amazon.in, because at our place you can find only too short once.
i was thinking, that this kind of good is quiet difficult to transport on a bike, if ecomexpress only has bikes. but i must say, this is not my problem when amazon.in offers me this to order.

my bank says, they need a reference number.
at my amazon cs telephones(!), i asked all the time for the reference number and got all the time the answer, they will generate it. in a week i should try again.

1. i can't try again. amazon.in is not let me calling! (we were unable to find your order! END!)
2. it looks for me, amazon.in does it with system, to let customer hang, try to dismiss you, to lie, to cheat you!!!
3. why do i need to ask for a ref-number? why is amazon not just sending this number by sms, as they send all the time sms?
4. why i need to run for my refund, when this delivering company was to lazy for delivering it. i think, ecomexpress is still laving! :(
